Terms of use
Last updated
These terms apply when you use guidedorchestration.com, the white papers and other content we publish on it, and the Knowledge Lock demo at knowledge-lock.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Separate written terms apply to any paid work or services we provide. Where they differ from these terms, the written terms take precedence.
Who we are
The sites are run by Guided Orchestration Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 16920232), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, England. You can contact us at hello@guidedorchestration.com or through the contact form on this site.
Using the sites
The sites are for businesses and professionals. You may use them for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the sites, their systems or other users' data
- interfere with their operation, for example by overloading them, introducing malicious code or getting around rate limits
- scrape or copy content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our permission
- use the sites to send unlawful, harmful or infringing material
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the sites at any time, and we don't guarantee they will always be available or free of errors.
Our content
We, or the people who license it to us, own the copyright and other rights in the sites and their content, including our white papers, field notes, diagrams and the Knowledge Lock name and software.
You may read, download and print our content for your own use or for internal use within your organisation, and share links to it. You may quote short extracts as long as you credit Guided Orchestration and link to the original. You must not republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission.
No professional advice
Our content is general information to help you think about alignment, AI adoption and governance. It isn't legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation. Take your own advice before acting on it. We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it is complete or current.
The Knowledge Lock demo
The demo lets you try Knowledge Lock using a fictional scenario. It is provided free of charge, as it is, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
- Don't enter personal, confidential or sensitive information. The demo isn't designed or secured for real business data.
- AI output can be wrong. Reviews and suggestions in the demo are generated by AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Don't rely on them for real decisions.
- Demo records can be seen by anyone with the link, and we may delete them at any time. We keep them for up to 12 months.
- Fair-use limits apply. We limit how often the AI features can be used, to keep the demo available for everyone.
- Verification in the demo uses keys created for demonstration only. A demo record proves how the product works; it isn't evidence of any real agreement.
You are responsible for anything you enter into the demo, and you must have the right to enter it.
Links to other sites
The sites link to other websites, such as social networks and GitHub. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Otherwise, because the sites, our content and the demo are provided free of charge:
- we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of them
- our total liability to you in connection with them is limited to £100
If you use the sites as a consumer rather than for business, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we use personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in force when you use the sites applies.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
