About Guided Orchestration

I started Guided Orchestration after watching organisations I worked with try to stay aligned while AI arrived faster than their processes could adapt. Teams were picking up new tools at different speeds, and the agreements that held everyone together couldn't keep up.

I believe the answer is collaborative tools that keep processes and knowledge aligned at the same pace as AI is introduced. With those in place, individual contributors and managers are free to use these technologies fully, and everyone keeps working towards the same mission.

Why we exist

We build tools that keep organisations aligned as they adopt AI. Our first product, Knowledge Lock, gets people and AI models to agree on what's true, then locks it, so every team and every AI agent works from the same signed-off version.

Where we're going

In the long run, we want guided orchestration to become an everyday part of how organisations, economies and societies work: a set of technologies that help everyone decide together how the value AI creates is made and shared.

How we work

We want to be the kind of technology partner clients are glad to talk about. That comes down to a few things we hold ourselves to.

  • Small but mighty

A small team that delivers, with no layers between you and the people doing the work.

  • Remote and asynchronous

Our collaborators work from wherever suits them, on their own schedules, with the independence to do their best work.

  • Inclusive

Alignment is about people as much as technology, so we want collaborators with different backgrounds and points of view.

  • We use what we sell

Every Knowledge Lock feature is built from a brief we've locked in Knowledge Lock, and we publish what we learn, including what doesn't work.

  • People decide

AI reviews and suggests. People make the final call, and stay accountable for it.

Work with us

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. See our privacy notice.

Who we are

Scott Devereux, Founder

Scott has 25 years' experience as a developer, process automation specialist and consultant. He bridges the gap between complex IT systems, business goals and the people who drive organisations forward, working with private, public and not-for-profit organisations around the world.

His work spans process automation and AI, secure and compliant web platforms, and aligning technology with the people who use it, so new tools are adopted smoothly and pay for themselves. Beyond technology, he's a long-standing advocate of remote and asynchronous work, and coaches organisations and individuals on how to thrive in it.

Scott is based in Cambridge, UK, and travels often.
